Mike Kemery is a highly driven designer with a proven track record of delivering iconic and innovative product solutions for numerous industries including fitness, medical, consumer electronics, and sporting goods.  His repertoire of both consultancy and corporate experience include positions working for Nike, Philips Ultrasound, K2 Sports, and Yakima. 

In 2001, he developed, marketed, and licensed his first solo product - a telescoping snowboard lock.  His understanding of the product environment and ability to draw from the consumer's perspective resulted in a patent and licensing agreement.
         
Mike's philosophy is to apply the right combination of consumer insights, self emersion, and visual inspiration to create successful product experiences.  While at Nike Mike's observational abilities, digital skills, and deep understanding of the brands visual language resulted in several new and successful product collections.

As part of the advanced development team at Yakima, Mike develops product, color, and visual language strategies in an effort to enhance the brand's premium status and unique character with in the industry.      

He studied at the Ohio State University where after working on several corporate sponsored projects for companies such as Dell, Rubbermaid, and Tigershark Watercraft he received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design.
